You can request a refund three weeks prior to the event.

Deadline for the Digital Summit in Chicago is March 26, 2025.  You can transfer your pass to another person and/or event at any time up until Day 1 of the event. After that date passes are non-transferrable. “No-shows” are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event.

Requests made after this date may not be accommodated.

You'll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual.

Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

Driving Directions

These directions are built using AI, we recommend you rely on your personal phone or vehicle GPS for more detailed and updated directions.

From O'Hare International Airport (ORD):

  • Head southeast on I-190 E.
  • Merge onto I-90 E toward Chicago.
  • Take exit 53 for I-55 N/Stevenson Expressway toward Lake Shore Drive.
  • Merge onto I-55 N and continue toward U.S. 41 N/Lake Shore Drive.
  • Take the exit toward Martin Luther King Jr. Drive from U.S. 41 N.
  • Turn right onto S King Drive.
  • The hotel will be on your left at 2233 S Martin Luther King Dr.


From Midway International Airport (MDW):

  • Take S Cicero Ave north and merge onto I-55 N/Stevenson Expressway toward Chicago.
  • Continue on I-55 N and exit onto U.S. 41 N/Lake Shore Drive.
  • Take the exit toward Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
  • Turn right onto S King Drive.
  • The hotel is at 2233 S Martin Luther King Dr. on the left.


From Downtown Chicago:

  • Head south on Michigan Ave.
  • Turn left onto E Cermak Rd.
  • Turn right onto S Martin Luther King Dr.
  • The hotel entrance will be on the left.


From the South (Indiana or Southern Illinois):

  • Take I-90 W/I-94 W toward Chicago.
  • Use exit 55A toward 31st St.
  • Merge onto S Wentworth Ave.
  • Turn right onto W 31st St, then left onto S King Dr.
  • The hotel is at 2233 S Martin Luther King Dr.

Chicago city parking is simple and secure at our covered garage with 600 spaces. Easily pay for self-parking at kiosks near garage elevators, with parking available for vehicles up to 6’3.”

Registration kicks off at 8:00am. No need to print anything ahead of time! Just stop by our self-serve kiosk on site and print your badge instantly.

Once at the kiosk, search for your name or talk with our team to assist with your badge print.

Coffee is available at any time in our sponsor area. Grab a cup of coffee and get to networking!

Stop by the exhibitor booths & chat with our partners to receive a sticker on your bingo card. Check off all the boxes and return your bingo card to registration before 2:00 pm on Day 2 and be entered to win a prize! Must be present to claim your prize.

The networking reception will take place on Day 1 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Unwind from the day with drinks and food. Make new connections, share learnings from the day and get excited for Day 2!
