You can request a refund three weeks prior to the event.

Deadline for the Digital Summit in Chicago is March 10, 2026.  You can transfer your pass to another person and/or event at any time up until Day 1 of the event. Transferred passes are only eligible for redemption within 1 calendar year of the Chicago 2026 event dates. After that date passes are non-transferrable. “No-shows” are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event.

Requests made after this date may not be accommodated.

You'll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual.

Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

From Downtown Chicago (Loop area):

  • Get on I-90/I-94 South (Dan Ryan Expressway) from Congress Pkwy.
  • Follow I-90/I-94 South for about 3–4 miles.
  • Take exit 51B toward 18th Street / McCormick Place.
  • Merge onto S Martin Luther King Dr.
  • Turn right onto S Prairie Ave.
  • The hotel will be on your right.

From O’Hare Airport:

  • Take I-190 E toward Chicago.
  • Merge onto I-90 E / I-94 E toward the city.
  • Take exit 51B toward 18th Street / McCormick Place.
  • Merge onto S Martin Luther King Dr.
  • Turn right onto S Prairie Ave.
  • Arrive at 2121 S Prairie Ave.

From Midway Airport:

  • Get on I-55 N from S Cicero Ave.
  • Merge onto I-90/I-94 N toward downtown.
  • Take exit 51B toward 18th Street / McCormick Place.
  • Merge onto S Martin Luther King Dr.
  • Turn right onto S Prairie Ave.
  • Arrive at Marriott Marquis Chicago.

Parking is available at the event hotel. Digital Summit does NOT validate attendee parking.

These parking options were built using AI, we recommend you confirm the hours of these lots prior to your arrival and/or contact the hotel directly with questions.
 

1. On-Site Hotel Parking

Location: Marriott Marquis Chicago has its own parking garage.
Rates: Around $50–$60 per day (subject to change).
Access: Enter via S Prairie Ave.
Tip: Ideal if you want direct access to your room or event space.


2. McCormick Place Parking

Since the hotel is part of the McCormick Place complex, several nearby garages are available:
East Lot: Short walk, good for conference events.
North Lot: Open-air, easy in/out.
West Lot: Often used for overflow, slightly further from hotel entrance.
Rates: ~$25–$45 per day depending on event and lot.
Tip: Prepay online if attending an event to guarantee a spot.


3. Street Parking

Limited metered parking along S Indiana Ave, S Prairie Ave, and side streets near the hotel.
Rates: $2–$4/hour; pay attention to posted event-day restrictions.
Tip: Best for short visits, not recommended for full-day events.


4. Alternative Options

Parking apps: SpotHero, ParkWhiz, and BestParking list available lots near McCormick Place, often cheaper than on-site.

 


CTA/Public Transit:

For those who want to avoid parking entirely:
Red Line: McCormick Place stop (direct access to S Prairie Ave).


Bus: CTA #29 State bus or #3 King Drive bus.

 

Registration kicks off at 8:00am. No need to print anything ahead of time! Just stop by our self-serve kiosk on site and print your badge instantly.

Once at the kiosk, search for your name or talk with our team to assist with your badge print.

Coffee is available at any time in our sponsor area. Grab a cup of coffee and get to networking!

Stop by the exhibitor booths & chat with our partners to receive a sticker on your bingo card. Check off all the boxes and return your bingo card to registration before 2:00 pm on Day 2 and be entered to win a prize! Must be present to claim your prize.

The networking reception will take place on Day 1 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Unwind from the day with drinks and food. Make new connections, share learnings from the day and get excited for Day 2!
