You can request a refund three weeks prior to the event.
Deadline for the Digital Summit in Philadelphia is September 2, 2026. You can transfer your pass to another person and/or event at any time up until the day before event. Transferred passes are only eligible for redemption within 1 calendar year of the Philadelphia 2026 event dates. After that date passes are non-transferrable. “No-shows” are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event.
Service and processing fees will not be refunded. Please reach out to registration@digitalsummit.com or call 919-529-5373 if you have any questions.
If you require special assistance (dietary requests, nursing moms, accessibility, allergies, etc.), please contact registration@digitalsummit.com to provide advance notice by September 2, 2026.
Requests made after this date may not be accommodated.
You'll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual.
Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
- Exit the airport and follow signs for I-95 North toward Philadelphia.
- Take Exit 17 for I-76 East / Center City.
- Continue on I-76 East and follow signs for Central Philadelphia / 30th Street.
- Take the exit for South Street / University Avenue.
- Continue straight, then turn left onto Broad Street (Route 611 North).
- Drive north on Broad Street for approximately 1 mile.
- The Bellevue Hotel will be on your right, at the corner of Broad and Walnut Streets.
From Center City Philadelphia
- Navigate to Broad Street (Route 611).
- Head south on Broad Street toward Walnut Street.
- The Bellevue Hotel is located at 200 S Broad Street, on the west side of the street, just past Walnut Street.
- The hotel entrance is directly on Broad Street.
From I-95 North or South
- Take I-95 to Exit 17 for I-76 East / Center City.
- Follow signs for Central Philadelphia.
- Take the exit for South Street / University Avenue.
- Continue straight and turn left onto Broad Street (Route 611 North).
- Drive north on Broad Street for approximately 1 mile.
- The Bellevue Hotel will be on your right, at Broad and Walnut Streets.
From New Jersey via the Walt Whitman Bridge
- Cross the Walt Whitman Bridge into Philadelphia.
- Follow signs for I-76 East / Center City.
- Take the exit for South Street / University Avenue.
- Continue straight and turn left onto Broad Street (Route 611 North).
- Drive north on Broad Street for approximately 1 mile.
- The Bellevue Hotel will be on your right, at the corner of Broad and Walnut Streets.
Digital Summit does not validate parking.
Valet parking is available at The Bellevue Hotel.
Several public parking garages are located within 1–2 blocks of the hotel.

Registration kicks off at 8:00am. No need to print anything ahead of time! Just stop by our self-serve kiosk on site and print your badge instantly.
Once at the kiosk, search for your name or talk with our team to assist with your badge print.
Coffee is available at any time in our sponsor area. Grab a cup of coffee and get to networking!
Stop by the exhibitor booths & chat with our partners to receive a sticker on your passport card. Check off all the boxes and return your card to registration before 2:00 pm on Day 2 and be entered to win a prize! Must be present to claim your prize.

The networking reception will take place on Day 1 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Unwind from the day with drinks and food. Make new connections, share learnings from the day and get excited for Day 2!
