Traveling from out of town? Make sure you use Digital Summit’s exclusive HotelMap, which gives our attendees access to discounted rates throughout Kansas City.
You can request a refund three weeks prior to the event.
Deadline for the Digital Summit in Kansas City is November 7, 2023. You can transfer your pass to another person and/or event at any time up until Day 1 of the event. After that date passes are non-transferrable. “No-shows” are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event.

You'll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual.
Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.
Hotel Kansas City enjoys a prime location in the heart of KC’s business district, not far from Union Station and Crossroads Arts District. Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is just 19 miles away.
Valet parking ($35 per day) including with in-and-out privileges.
Transportation Centers:
- Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport (MKC): 2 miles
Kansas City International Airport (MCI): 19 miles.
Mass or Public Transit:
- KC Streetcar: 1 mile
Union Station Amtrak: 2 miles
Registration kicks off at 8:30am. No need to print anything ahead of time! Just stop by our self-serve kiosk on site and print your badge instantly.
Once at the kiosk, search for your name or talk with our team to assist with your badge print.
We will have a charging station near to registration
Coffee is available at any time in our sponsor area. Grab a cup of coffee and get to networking!
Lunch takes place in the Tudor Balcony

Collect raffle tickets from sponsors on day 2. Winners announced live during our end of Day 2 - must be present to win.
