You can request a refund three weeks prior to the event.

Deadline for the Digital Summit in Minneapolis is July 23, 2024.  You can transfer your pass to another person and/or event at any time up until Day 1 of the event. After that date passes are non-transferrable. “No-shows” are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event.

You'll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual.

Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

From the West (I-94)

  • Take I-94 east
  • Take exit 233A for 11th Street
  • Use left lane to continue onto S. 11th Street
  • Turn left onto 2nd Ave. S.
  • Cross 12th St. S.
  • The MCC will be on the left and underground parking “Plaza Parking Ramp” will be on the immediate right. Additional parking ramp available on 3rd Ave. S.

From the West (I-394)

  • Take I-394 east
  • Take Exit 9A for 12th Street North
  • Turn Right onto N. 12th St.
  • Turn Right onto 2nd Ave. S.
  • The MCC will be on the left and underground parking "Plaza Parking Ramp" will be on the immediate right. Additional parking ramp available on 3rd Ave. S.

From the East (I-94)

  • Take I-94 west
  • Take exit 233A for 11th Street
  • Use left lane to continue onto S. 11th Street
  • Turn left onto 2nd Ave. S.
  • Cross 12th St. S.
  • The MCC will be on the left and underground parking "Plaza Parking Ramp" will be on the immediate right. Additional parking ramp available on 3rd Ave. S.

From the South (I-35W)

  • Take I-35W north
  • Keep left at the fork to continue onto MN-65, follow signs for Downtown/I-94 W
  • Take the 11th Street exit
  • Use left lane to continue onto S. 11th Street
  • Turn left onto 2nd Ave. S.
  • Cross 12th St. S.
  • The MCC will be on the left and underground parking "Plaza Parking Ramp" will be on the immediate right. Additional parking ramp available on 3rd Ave. S.

From the North (I-35W)

  • Take I-35W south
  • Take exit 17B to merge onto I-94 west
  • Take exit 233A for 11th Street
  • Use left lane to continue onto S. 11th Street
  • Turn left onto 2nd Ave. S.
  • Cross 12th St. S.
  • The MCC will be on the left and underground parking “Plaza Parking Ramp” will be on the immediate right. Additional parking ramp available on 3rd Ave. S.

The MCC has partnered with four City of Minneapolis parking ramps to increase attendee convenience. All ramps are connected through the skyway system and are located within two blocks of the MCC.

Guarantee your spot by reserving and paying with the MPLS Parking App beforehand

  • No need to pull a ticket at the entrance. Just scan the app barcode upon entrance and exit. Payment is completed on the app. 

Use the Zone payment function on the MPLS Parking App after you park

  • Pull a ticket upon entrance. Scan the barcode on the ticket with the MPLS Parking app. Then scan the app upon exit. Payment is completed on the app.

Pull a ticket and pay at a Pay Station

  • Pay by credit card or cash at an MPLS Parking pay station located in various lobbies.

Registration kicks off at 8:30am. No need to print anything ahead of time! Just stop by our self-serve kiosk on site and print your badge instantly.

Once at the kiosk, search for your name or talk with our team to assist with your badge print.

Coffee is available at any time in our sponsor area. Grab a cup of coffee and get to networking!

Opening Reception will take place in the sponsor area on Day 1 from 5:15pm - 6:00pm.
