Erica Osher is the Vice President of Sponsorship Products & NPM Creative at National Public Media (NPM), the sponsorship subsidiary of NPR. In her role, Osher leads the in-house creative team that provides research, strategy, design, engineering, and audio production services to NPR sponsors. Osher is committed to creating and maintaining a robust line-up of innovative NPR sponsorship integrations that respect the user experience and engage the discerning NPR audience. Throughout her tenure at NPM, Osher has grown NPR’s digital sponsorship offerings to provide brands with more options to natively integrate messaging on NPR platforms, increased reach for sponsor campaigns and delivered strong engagement for brands. Since launching NPM Creative in 2018, Osher has spearheaded audio storytelling projects for Capital One, Ford, Target, etc. and served as Executive Producer for YouTube’s first-ever podcast. In 2024, Osher also became the Business Lead for NPR’s AI Labs program. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
