As Managing Director, Strategy & Analytics, Spencer works directly with Oracle’s clients to help them create strategies based on data and optimize the use of these practices across all channels and industries.

Prior to joining Oracle, Spencer has worked at several Agencies including Merkle, Ansira and BrightWave, as well as various ESPs--including Cheetah Digital, StrongMail and Premiere Global Services. Before fully jumping into the ESP space he worked for Turner Broadcasting at NASCAR.com. Spencer holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication from Florida State University
