As Chief Marketing Officer for United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, she combines her passion for community impact with her love for the city by spearheading efforts to combat poverty and expand opportunities. Erika's career highlights include launching SugarHouse Casino, where she drove $250M in annual revenue, and leading the brand creation for Fashion District Philadelphia's $500M redevelopment project. Known for her inclusive leadership, Erika builds high-performing teams by nurturing individual strengths and fostering creativity.
