Joe serves as SVP, Strategy & Growth Officer, Data Analytics and head of strategy and delivery for EXL's marketing services group. He is responsible for EXL's growth in the healthcare, insurance and financial services markets. Prior to EXL, Joe was with LSC Digital for over 24 years. At LSC, he worked with clients to build a portfolio of data, web technologies, analytics, and campaign execution disciplines. He led teams that built marketing campaigns that led to billions of dollars in impact across Fortune 100 insurance and financial services clients.
