We live in a stressful time. Social media conversations are often rude or contentious. When we manage a brand account it can frequently be challenging to know who should respond, let alone how to respond.

In this workshop, we will identify the current best practices for engaging with your online community both in good times and in bad times.

Have a crisis communications plan already? Bring it with you and let’s get it updated. Don’t have a plan? No problem. You will leave this session with a solid framework to create your plan and conversations to walk through for approval or buy-in.

During this session, we will:

- Identify what type of engagement to respond to.

- Craft a draft of your organization’s triage plan (or make edits to an existing one).

- Walk away with action steps for gaining approval/buy-in and rolling out your plan.
