Can AI agents do creative work? Not just be a helpful copilot but make meaningful progress on their own?
Based on his experience expanding his team’s capacity and capabilities with an agentic workforce, Tim Zack, CMO at LiminalArc and Managing Partner at Last Mile Media, has found that agents can do more than support creative work. When paired thoughtfully with human expertise, they can make the work not only faster, but better.
A huge part of what makes it work is engineered context. Giving a model a pile of your best work and hoping it infers your brand doesn't hold up, because AI is non-deterministic and every read produces a slightly different reading of what those examples mean. Build the context deliberately and the agents produce work that's on brand and on message without the team micromanaging everything the agents do.
After this session, you’ll be able to:
- Identify the four conditions needed for AI agents to produce consistent, high-quality work at scale.
- Build a brand knowledge base that gives agents the context they need and improves their performance over time.
- Avoid common implementation mistakes that create review bottlenecks, reinforce tribal knowledge, and limit productivity gains.
